Kelsea Ballerini Plays ‘Online Complaint Country Songs’ Game

GRAMMY-nominated country singer Kelsea Ballerini joined Good Mythical Morning hosts Rhett & Link this morning (March 9) to play an odd game show called Online Complaint Country Songs.

Regarding online complaints, Ballerini kicked off her appearance by admitting that she has left bad reviews for speeding Uber drivers. No Uber messages factored into the game, however, which featured contestants drawing cards from two hats.

The first was filled with complaints the show staff found online and the other contained the titles of country songs. The contestants had to combine the complaint with the music to form a new song.

After the game, Ballerini performed her recent single “I Hate Love Songs” with Rabbit Lightning as her backing band.

Rabbit Lightning hijacked the tune and delivered a silly second verse, but Ballerini took back the track, singing, “I’ll always love you, but I really hate it when bumpkins take over my song/ I was just fine the first time so if you don’t mind /You two can just sing along.”

Ballerini is the first country artist to perform on YouTube’s Good Mythical Morning, which is now in its 13th season. In that time, the program has accrued over 5 billion views.

The “Peter Pan” singer filmed the show between stops on her Unapologetically Tour.
