Florida Panthers owner Vincent Viola has been picked to lead the Army. Yesterday President Elect Donald Trump named Mr. Viola for Army Secretary in his incoming administration. According to Wikipedia, Viola is a 1977 graduate of West Point and after leaving active duty he remained in the U.S. Army Reserves, rising him to the rank of major. In a statement, Trump called Viola an “incredibly accomplished and selfless individual.”
What will happen to the Florida Panthers? Many sources say that Viola’s family will continue the day-to-day operations of the Florida Panthers if he is confirmed by the Senate and gets the job as Army Secretary.
